  • Able to perform residential and light commercial plumbing – experience with sewer, water and gas in all phases of repair
  • Extensive knowledge of tools/equipment related to the trade
  • Familiarity with local/national codes and OSHA regulations
  • Able to attend regular company meetings
  • Willing to work an on-call schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in service plumbing
  • Strong communications skills a must, sales experience preferred
  • Attention to detail with paperwork
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Can climb ladders/scaffolding

We consider our technicians part of our family, and as such we pay a per diem for out-of-area work and make sure they spend weekends at home with their loved ones. Other job requirements for a new construction plumbing foreman include:

  • Can effectively lead a team of approximately 4 to 5 technicians
  • Able to read a blueprint fluently and determine materials necessary
  • Purchase needed materials for next day’s work
  • Able to perform new construction plumbing
  • Extensive knowledge of tools/equipment related to the trade
  • Familiarity with local/national codes and OSHA regulations
  • Able to attend regular company meetings
